These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”) and COCO-WAWA, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“COCO WAWA”, “we”), for use of coco-wawa.com and any purchase you make on it. By placing an order or creating an account you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to buy. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at info@coco-wawa.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
2. Products and marketplace sellers
Products are sold either by COCO WAWA directly or by independent vendors on the COCO WAWA marketplace. The seller is shown on each product page and on your order. Vendors are bound by our Vendor Agreement; COCO WAWA handles checkout, payment and customer-service escalation for all orders.
We work to describe products and show colors accurately, but screens differ and minor variations can occur. Always follow the manufacturer’s guidance and supervise pets with new food, toys, beds and accessories. Product information is not veterinary advice; consult a veterinarian for health questions about your pet.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is processed securely by our payment partners; your order is confirmed when payment is authorized.
4. Orders and cancellation
An order confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, stock issues, shipping restrictions or pricing errors, with a full refund. You may cancel free of charge before the order ships by emailing us.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery times, costs and risk of loss are described in the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds follow the Returns & Refunds Policy (30 days from delivery for eligible items). Custom and print-on-demand items made to your order can be returned only if defective, damaged or incorrect.
6. Reviews and content you submit
By posting a review, photo or comment you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the site and in marketing. Reviews must be honest, based on your own experience, and must not contain unlawful, offensive or promotional content. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by scraping, attempting unauthorized access, interfering with security, placing fraudulent orders, or reselling items bought in violation of quantity limits.
8. Intellectual property
The COCO WAWA name, logo, site design, text and images are owned by or licensed to COCO-WAWA, LLC and may not be used without written permission. Vendor and brand trademarks belong to their owners.
9. Warranties and limitation of liability
Products carry any manufacturer warranty that applies. Except as stated in these Terms and as required by law, the site and products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, COCO WAWA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify COCO WAWA against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction or in small-claims court.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
