COCO-WAWA is a Wyoming limited liability company built around one idea: pets eat better when meals are on time, portions are clear, and owners are not tied to the bowl.
The brand mark says it plainly — everything for your pets. We started with automatic feeders. The catalog now covers cats, dogs, fish, turtles, hamsters, and rabbits: food, snacks, cleaning supplies, toys, and clothes.
How a pet brand was formed in Wyoming
In early 2021 two partners — Moustafa Elsheshtawy and Islam Goda — stopped treating the idea as a side sketch. They registered the domain coco-wawa.com and, on 4 March 2021, filed Articles of Organization with the Wyoming Secretary of State.
The company name on the public filing is COCO-WAWA, LLC. Wyoming filing ID: 2021-000985610. Principal office: 2232 Dell Range Blvd., #245-3076, Cheyenne, WY 82009.
The first board minutes (9 March 2021) set a lean start: capital of USD 2,000, Moustafa as CEO, Islam as General Manager, and a kickoff target of 1 May 2021. It was not a funded rollout. It was two people putting a legal wrapper around a store they intended to grow one SKU at a time.
That is the unglamorous part of the story, and it is the true one. No warehouse full of staff on day one. A registered office in Cheyenne, a domain, a stamp, and a decision to sell products that make daily pet care less frantic.
