Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO addresses, and to selected other countries shown at checkout. If your country does not appear, email info@coco-wawa.com before paying.

Items sold by marketplace vendors may show their own shipping rate at checkout. The final amount is always shown before you pay; we never add fees after the order is placed.
Order processing
Orders are reviewed within 1 business day. You receive an order confirmation email after checkout, then a second email with a tracking number when the parcel ships. Print-on-demand and personalized items need 2–5 business days of production before dispatch.
Estimated delivery time
After dispatch, most U.S. orders arrive within 7–15 business days; many items ship from U.S. warehouses and arrive sooner. Remote areas, holidays and peak seasons may take longer. Delivery estimates start from the ship date, not the order date.
Customs and import fees
Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated at checkout.
Tracking
Use the tracking link in your shipping email or in My Account → Orders. If tracking does not update for 7 days after the first scan, contact us with your order number.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
- Delayed: wait until the estimated window ends, then contact us with the tracking number.
- Lost: we open a carrier investigation; if the carrier confirms loss, we reship or refund.
- Damaged in transit: photograph the box, inner packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery and email the photos to us.
Plug types
Electric products such as automatic feeders and aquarium heaters may be offered with US, EU, UK, AU or USB plugs. U.S. customers should choose the US plug. A wrong plug selected at checkout is not a shipping error.
Address mistakes
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly. If the parcel has not shipped yet, email us immediately so we can update it.
